Refund & Shipping Policy

At Pure7 Naturals, we stand behind the quality of our products, and your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes things may not work out as planned. Here's our unique and professional approach to our 30-day return policy:

30-Day Return Policy: You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, ensure that the item is in its original condition – unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Don't forget to include the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.

Damages and Issues: Upon receiving your order, inspect it promptly. If you discover any defects, damages, or if you've received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We'll assess the issue and work towards making it right.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. Additionally, for safety reasons, we do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Feel free to reach out if you have questions about the eligibility of a specific item.

Sale Items and Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All sales of these items are final.

Exchanges: For a swift exchange process, return the item you have, and upon approval, make a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures you get exactly what you want without unnecessary delays.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a justification. The same conditions apply – the item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically on your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund. Shipping: Transit time for orders 3-5 business days, delivery Monday-Friday.
